Bought brand new sealed from an independent seller for 36 CAD. Record is perfectly flat and well centered. Pressing quality is very good, apart for a very few of tiny clicks, the entire album is almost dead silent. Mixing is very good too, it sounds big, clear, with great separation. Jacket is good and the included original sleeve is a nice touch. A great reissue in my opinion. An easy recommendation. 4.8 / 5

Very good edition. The copy we got is dead quiet in the quiet bits and punchy and dynamic when it is supposed to be. There is excellent depth and clarity throughout. Very happy with this release.

Quite a rough sounding thing, always teetering on the edge of distortion.

If you listen to the 2nd chorus of Moonage Daydream loud, you'll hear the left channel distorting like on work '72 pressings. And then there's the egregious left channel distortion on the chorus of 'It Ain't Easy'. Apparently the 2016 press (analogue remastered) doesn't have these issues.

On first play through, I'm really happy with this pressing. Was a bit hesitant to order a digitally remastered version, but it sounds great to my ear. Quality is great as well. Absolutely zero surface noise present. Fantastic pressing for the price. Highly recommended.

Excellent release. The sound is authentic, open, wide, deep and crystal clear. Gentle and smart remaster.
Very low surface noise right out of the sleeve (covered with plastic inside).

Just got this. packaging is great. nice release. Regardless if it is from the 24/192 hi res..which I have...it should sound fantastic. I will return with my analysis. Listening now...wow what a nice sound on this vinyl. I am unaware of the person who did the mastering but they did a great job. The vinyl is quiet and flat. It sounds better than the hi res file and I have equal quality digital/analog. I love the soundstage on this. every instrument is clearly there and sounds detailed ...especially the acoustic guitars on Starman. The sax even sounds great. I am impressed. You can pinpoint each instrument and "see" them on stage. Bass guitar is detailed and not overly bloated. Album jacket and inserts are top notch. I have heard many more "expensive" records sound less "expensive" if you get my point.

Spotted this in Walmart (forgive me) today and could not resist. I was eyeballing the reissues of early Bowie here a few days ago. Looks like the universe was trying to help me out! *** EDIT *** It sounds as good as those below say... recommended if you want early Bowie on vinyl and will be looking into the other reissues.

Sounds almost perfect to me. Very silent and good dynamics too.
