The Elite chair is very comfortable and I really enjoy my purchase very much. One thing I noticed while assembling the parts of the chair. The seat backside had four visible holes but they had nothing to do when fixing the seat plate. I thought the item was faulty. However, the trick was the relevant four holes for the screws were hidden by the black fabric of the seat. So I hope this info will be helpful in case you will make the same purchase decision like me. Enjoy the comfort!!!

Recently I purchased some printer ink cartridges from Staples as surprisingly the price was very competitive to some other dedicated cartridge sellers. The value of the cartridges was enough to be granted free delivery and low and behold they were delivered the next day. All together exceptional service

- [x] Staples advertises sugar free fruit mentos on google search and I used the link to buy a box for the kids party. They are both diabetic and some of their friends are diabetic as well. When it arrived at my house we immediately checked the box to be sure that it is sugar free and on the box says ,VEGAN, not sugar free! This is a terrible mistake. Kids got frustrated as they were waiting for their free sugar treats. Order number ; 1431577/00

Consignment (Pukka Teabags) delivered promptly, nicely packaged, at best reliable price on Net. Thankyou. Courier left parcel at front gates instead of delivering to door, despite large 'Deliveries' notice on gates. Not Staples' fault, so haven't adjusted rating, but irritating just the same.

Ordered ink cartridges. Order came on time, problem being it was not my order. Rang Customer Services. Told my order would immediately be sent out. Didn't arrive. Rang Customer Services again. Told first person I had spoken too had omitted to resend the order. Order eventually arrived but much later than promised on website.

Bought Really Useful boxes for what seemed like a really good price - including postage. Often postage for these large but light items can be a killer so was quite happy. Goods arrived a day earlier than expected and everything seemed fine. It was only when we were cutting the box up that we realised that it had lots of little shards of plastic in the bottom amongst the (very thin) bubble wrap. It was the that we realised one of the lids was damaged. Was it worth trying arrange returns for a broken lid? No. Should slightly better quality bubble wrap or cardboard have been used. Probably. Still a bargain. I guess.
