Niagara Falls hornblower was great and journey behind the falls was good… the walk between the two is farther than you think.. if you have back issues, respiratory issues or are elderly.. get a cab

Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. Cannot recommend this experience enough. Our favorite part was the boat ride.

We were a part of David's Daredevils, led by the best tour guide: David. He is engaging and lively which kept the tour interesting. David is also very organized, informative, professional, funny, and punctual.

We made it on time for every stop or reservation of the tour despite some unexpected and uncontrollable factors such as being delayed at customs due to them further investigating the bus in front of us, two parties on the bus fighting over getting off the bus, and a passenger who took a bit longer than the rest of us at one point.

I highly recommend this tour to everyone, and you do get what you pay for in every aspect (in a positive manner). Expect to be picked up at 08:00h on the dot, and then be returned to your hotel by 16:00h. It is an all day trip worth taking, you will also end up taking so many pictures because the sites are beautiful. Remember that prices are in Canadian dollars when you visit the gift shops as well as during lunch. David tells you this at the beginning of the tour, so pay close attention to his instructions, and tip 20%.

I've been to Vancouver a few times for work and this time came in a littler earlier so I could explore the city. This tour worked perfectly for us.
We were picked up at our hotel and toured many parts of the city. The highlights were certainly the Vancouver Lookout, Capilano Suspension Bridget, Stanley Park and Granville Island. Our tour guide, Carol was fantastic. She was both knowledgeable and pleasant. She even recommended a great dinner spot, which we enjoyed at the end of our tour. Thanks for a great day!

Enjoyed the falls and other stops. I would not recommend paying for the lunch with your ticket. We did not go to the restaurant that was stated on our tickets. Don’t know if it would have made a difference but the food was prefix like bland wedding food. The soup tasted like it came out of a can. I walked away hungry. You would be better off going to the restaurant on your own and ordering from the menu. We saw many great options that weren’t available to us. The last stop by the river and town was wonderful.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. The crew were on the look out and when whales were spotted were able to quickly speed over for us to get a really good look. We saw Orcas, a grey whale (amazing!) and a couple of bald eagles. Wilma, our guide, was fantastic, explained all about what we were seeing and gave a great history about the area and the wildlife. Boat was really comfortable, we sat up on the top deck and had a great all round view. Well worth the money and highly recommend.

Fabulous day out to a spectacular location! The Butchart Gardens are a destination not to be missed if you are travelling to Vancouver. The gardens are exquisite and have a very interesting back story. Just walking around the gardens is a ‘feel good’ experience. It is very easy to find your way around, and we could have spent even longer here. Dave Roger’s was our tour guide and was really entertaining and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that we saw as much as we could on our tour. He regaled us with stories that made the day even more memorable. I would highly recommend this tour.

The Quebec City (QC) tour was pretty much as expected. We had a 3 hour bus ride to Quebec City. We did our QC guided tour first. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, informative, and delightful (lots of walking - many steps and inclines). The tour was limited to walking in the old town Quebec City. We had lunch, then met for the cruise, which was pretty mundane, except for the view of the Waterfall. We then visited the Waterfall; then back to Montreal.

Traveled with my golf league girlfriends and we had an incredible day with Robbie! He picked us up at our VRBO and planned a beautiful day with stops in Banff and others on the way to Lake Louise. Emerald Lake was so spectacular. Robbie gave us a lot of extra education and answered all of our questions with knowledge and humor! Robbie was accommodating to extra needs among the group.

We had an excellent tour. Eric was very knowledgeable about the food and the area and how one has affected the other. Each of the stops had delicious food and good customer service. I would recommend this hands down.

Customer can rely on Banff Journey for spacious luggage storage, which was particularly helpful for me as I had two large suitcases. The staff safely stored them in the cargo area, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction.

First off, Abi greeted us at the ticket counter and answered some our questions. She was knowledgeable and so very kind. The ride up the mountain was so peaceful, quiet and surrounded by beauty. The information and displays on each floor were very interesting and informative. Even though our weather was a bit cold and cloudy, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Banff and the gondola ride.

My wife and I took our college graduate on this tour. It was easy to book on trip advisor, and I received a confirmation email and message from the company. Our bus driver picked us up at the Westin Bay Shore and proceeded to pick up 12 others at different hotels nearby. Our guide was Lesile, boy he was great! He narrated the trip through town, Stanley Park, and everywhere else. He made sure everyone got to the right place at the best times. We started off at Grouse Mountain. Leslie, our guide, he made sure everyone got on the gondola to head to the top. Once there, he explained what to do and see along with the times of the different activities. They have 2 grizzly bear there that just came out of hibernation. Then we saw the birds of prey narration, got on the ski loft to go another 700 feet to the top, and then ended back at the lumberjack show. The walk from the gondola to the activities was about 1/4 mile with huge wood carvings along the way. We had time to grab a snack and drink before meeting back with the group to ride the gondola back down. From here, Leslie took us to the Capilano Suspension Bridge. He took us over to the ticket booth. He explained what to do, and since part of the higher tree top activities were under repair, he gave each person $15 snack voucher from the bridge company. With ample time, we did the suspension bridge, walking through the board walk and then back to the cliff walk. We could have used an extra hour here to do everything. For us older ,out of shape people, it worked out.
Everyone met Leslie back in the bus and then off to the salmon hatchery. This was interesting for us. Leslie dropped us off and walked us through the exhibit, explaining things along the way. He turned us loose for 20 minutes to get pictures in the area. This tour would not have been as fun without Leslie. We been on other bus tours, this was one of the best!
