Cornelis van Doorn is the CEO of VD, a meat factory as well as a developer of contraceptives. Cornelis is the patriarch of the Van Doorn family: a decadent bunch of loose morals who only lust for money and power. When the man is thinking about retiring, he has to find the right heir to take over the family business.

A satire from the director of the most infamous Dutch softcore movie ever made, Blue Movie. VD is filled with pitch black humour, despicable characters, incest, and extremely graphic* animal violence (cows and pigs being slaughtered).
This is notable for being one of only two movies in which legendary Dutch presenter Sonja Barend has an acting role. She does a commendable job here. She's but a small part of a large ensemble cast though.
*The scenes are literally the worst I have ever seen in a movie. Worse even than the turtle scene in Cannibal Holocaust.
