I had a problem with my fluid tank for window cleaner and though it was repaired but it is still not working. I don't think it is leaking but it won't work when I need to clean the windshield. There is also a place on the hood where a panel that is on the hood is not fastened down properly. I will the location to set up another appointment. Thanks.

For the most part, I like Russell & Smith service department this time around I asked for The Works when I got my oil change.
Including in that works is tire rotation they did ,not do my tire rotation. In fact, my paperwork said I denied it and that's not true because I asked them for the service, but it's all good. I'm glad I got my oil changed and hopeful They inspect everything else that's a part of The Works Service.

I have taken my f150 2 times for the same problem and Russel & Smith
still will not fix a warranty issue I have with my power boards.
I have talk to service, with Mason in new sales, and the salesman that sold me the truck. Still no answer from anyone.

I arrived a few minutes before the quick lane opened. I needed an oil change, and they did this for me even though I didn't have an appointment. They let me know about items I needed to do to keep my car running well. I like to bring my car here for most anything.

The team did a great job!! They checked all fluids and battery system, while doing that they found my battery was not working properly so they replaced it, my truck is still under warranty so I did not have to pay anything. Vehicle was taken in for Oil & Filter change; Right turn signal blinking rapidly.
Being Quicklane does not perform diagnostic, the vehicle will have to be scheduled to bring back to diagnosis the turn signal flasher.
The oil change was great, did not take long.
I'm not sure if the pressure's were checked, as the onboard monitoring system denotes the rear tire pressures are significantly different.

The visit was ok they broke one of the lug nuts , changed the spark plugs and the car had a little miss ,the motor light was on so I checked the oil to be sure there was oil in it they picked it up the next day re: I was afraid to drive it ,now all is well

They received the three because they think I don't know that they didn't rotate my tires. I went in for an oil change when they checked. Everything else in the rotation was included and that was not done. Well at least I think they checked everything else.

Although I had an appointment, I waited an hour and forty-five minutes for "only" an oil change. The service department also was recommending a tire rotation prior to "servicing my vehicle", even though I had been there one month ago and had a tire rotation at that time. My mileage was not indicative of needing a tire rotation.

The service over all is great. My problem is it took 12 days to look at my car for a diagnostic analysis. Thats much too long! Let me know the problem and then tell me how long the back up is. This way the customer can make arrangements to be without their vehicle.

As usual, my service was great. I arrived for my appointment and was promptly greeted by a technician. He was polite, not in any hurry. The wait-time was a little longer than usual.
