My kids are active in sports and school activities that I believe help them throughout the school year with friends, academics, teachers, and staff. Our experience with the school has been good and I do have confidence in most the staff to do what is right for the situation and the student. My children have felt comfortable to go into the principals office to talk with them. Two of the principals are better with the kids and talk with the kids and see how things are going.
I appreciate the biblical, respect towards others, conservative views they instill in our district and I know our town appreciates it too.
If I wanted to complain about something, it would be the extensive hours that some of the coaches expect from both boys and girls. It can be too much and I would like to see more family time. Especially, during the holidays. The late nights the kids get home from varsity games and still have to drive home that night, finish homework, and then be at school before the tardy bell.

Lindale High School was a great school for those trying to do more after high school, such as attending college, helping MOST students when they were struggling and trying to do better in classes, and had plenty of clubs, groups to join. The main problem I had while attending Lindale High School was certain teachers (primarily women) would overlook, or not care too much about certain students, as I personally knew some good friends of mine who some teachers would flat out forget their name, and also pick favorites based of athletes, and academic scholars. Other than this Lindale was otherwise a solid school, as now as I prepare to head into my junior year of college many classes, along with MOST teachers helped a great amount with getting me prepared for college.
The best thing about my high school is the teachers. Every teacher I have and had have always wanted to help better not only me but also my peers. The only bad thing about my school is the unfair competition when it comes to wanting to be apart of a sports team. The reason 99% of of the students on every sports team is not because they were an amazing player it is their last name and last name only.
