The Hilton Hotel in Paracas works like a clock, with all the personnel fulfilling their functions perfectly. We were very well received and given a room at 1 pm instead of at the scheduled 3 pm. The suite was big and comfy, but the promised kitchenette turned to be only a bar with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Dishes in the restaurant are delicious, but the assortment is limited, especially if you are staying several days. The pool is big and very well maintained. You cannot swim on the beach, as in most of the Paracas hotels, because of the rays. This hotel has habilitated an “ecological pool” on the beach, but it is very shallow and not very clean.

Out of the way, it' s a 10 min drive from Paracas Cruz del Sur Bus terminal, and a long walk if you border the bay. Rooms are nice., Had an upgrade with view on the bay. The suite had a twin bed room, bathroom with tub, and living room with a sofa, and a work table. Also a microwave and a fridge (but nowhere to buy anything that fits in). And also a terrace. The sea (actually a bay) was full of jellyfish. On the beach there are some sport activities from the hotel like paddling, kayak and a tour in a catamaran sailing boat (weather permitting). The swimming pool is nice, but usually crowded. Breakfast is really rather poor and inefficiently managed for a Hilton Resort. Very limited, staff are not very efficient: e.g. one morning all dishes were just cold because they forgot to turn on the dish warmers. Lunch / dinner though is nice. Original or classic peruvian peruvian dishes, original cocktails. It is a nice venue to calm down, just have a swim, a drink at the pool bar, wander around, have a walk on the beach, etc. Ok for a couple of days (also since it is rather expensive). I suppose they organize trips to nearby attractions. There are some activities for kids.

This is a nice Hotel to relax. Rooms are great and the staff excellent. We were, however, surprised to see very few guests. One very good reason could be the high prices. Way too high. Example: We thought that the bicycles were included in the hotel package. No. The hotel wanted to charge us the same amount of money as the trip from Lima to Paracas for using the bicycle for 1 hour! This automatucally kills the advantages of being in such a nice hotel. Conclusion: This hotel is nice, but not in line with reality. I hope that this will change.

We were looking forward to our 4 night stay at Hilton in Peracus at the end of our 3 week trip around Peru.Whilst the rooms were nice the overall experience wasn’t great and we ended up only staying 2 nights and returned to Lima. Peracus town is very small with not many good restaurants or shops or things to do. The beach next to hotel is awful with jelly fish everywhere and rotting smelly seaweed and you can’t walk into town easily from the hotel. The pool water was cold and dirty with scum and dirt floating on surface. The staff and service was very inconsistent with some staff being good but the majority seemed to be poorly trained and lacking in care about customers even though there are signs everywhere saying how much they cared. There seemed a distinct lack of any managers organising or checking guests were happy which all leads to the assumption that this is not a well managed hotel. When we checked out nobody asked why were leaving (2 days) early or what our views were on our stay and particularly as one of our party is a Hilton Diamond member which just reinforced all of our comments above. This is probably one of the best hotels in Paracus but it doesn’t justify its status and Peracus itself is not worth a 4 hour road journey from Lima

We spend one night at this resort and were very happy with the room that was allocated to us (an upgrade to an 2nd floor ocean-front room). The resort is starting to show its age a bit, but is still in reasonably good shape. The pool and beach facilities were all good, and so was the gym. The room itself was very spacious with a separate lounge area and large balcony overlooking the ocean.
Service in general was pretty good, professional and helpful. Only the breakfast service was quite slow, so that could be improved a bit.

I traveled with my family, 2 young adults and an 11 years old. We had a great time. We stayed in a 2 room double suite. It was very comfortable with a private bedroom and a sofabed in the living room, 2 tvs and a full bathroom outside of the main bedroom. You have a regular big pool with cold water and a warm water pool, next to a casual restaurant and bar, the people serving here where very nice, they even got us drinks at the beach. There are 2 futbolin table-games, walking chess, ping pong table, which created a nice environment next to the pools. You have chase lounges and umbrellas at the beach and kayaks etc. The shore was muddy, but the view was beautiful, a nice sunset and flamingos. We had buffet restaurant, Pier attended us during our stay, he did a great job, he even remembered our food allergies. You can order fried eggs, bacon, omelette in addition to the buffet. Great for families. 6 minutes driving to Islas Ballestas tour.

I have been in may hotels in Europe, United States, South America and Australia. I am very happy with the service I have received in this hotel, and I would venture to say this has been the best service I have received in any Hotel or resort. Every body would greet us and ask us if there is anything we needed, from the front door porter to the front desk staff, to the house keeping staff.
The one thing that I must say is that one year ago the bicycles were not operational and due for maintenance, this time there were still in need for maintenance and we could not use them.

Beautiful Resort with a great staff. The hotel has multiple heated pools and a jacuzzi. The staff is very attentive and on Saturdays they host activities such as soccer on the beach, bowling, volleyball, and a firepit at night. Great for kids. All the rooms have balconies. The Resort is very close to the national park which is a desert but also has some very pretty beaches. We rented a car and our battery died and Alex (staff) was very helpful and charged our battery with his own car. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is our final stay, after a one month heavy travelling in Chile and Peru. The hotel rest in the Paracas reserve (a beautiful desert). The resort itself is great.
What we loved most was the staff, their kindness and attention. They will do everything to make your stay enjoyable.
Different food options, water sport available, nice pools. One thing though: do not expect to walk and swim in the sea water as you will find a lot of sea weed and muddy sand when entering the water.
We would also recommend to go the the Paracas village - el Chaco, and have a ceviche in the seafront. Very nice atmosphere.

Great location, superb service, outstanding food and wonderful watersports experiences. Facilities are okay (not great, but fine), since some of them are a little old, even though the main dining room was under an overhaul when I was there. Rooms and aisles look a little bit dated, but in good shape. Service is great, especially in the dining room (kudos to Pierre, who always goes above and beyond!), not so much by the pool area. Service staff is friendly and very supportive when it comes to enjoy watersports (which are free). The hotel has a nice touch when it comes to set up a bonfire by the beach while watching a movie and giving you snacks (even marshmallows!). Even though we didn't have a lot of sunshine during our stay, the hotel provided a lot of things to do.
