Talk of the town to have the best burger in the Island so went there to try and everybite was a mind blowing. It is the best burger (Tillies Prime Steak Burger) in the Island indeed! Started with Guacamole and cassava chips, from there itself you’ll feel the island vibe. You can taste the authenticity of the meal., you can immediately tell that its homemade. We also had the Cucumbers for appetizer and it’s perfectly combines with yogurt, pistachio. taste so good. Food is so amazing. Every staff makes you feel at home. Everybodys so approachable and friendly… everybodys smiling made an awesome atmosphere and a pleasant experience. Shalendra was the one who look after us that time, he is so professional and attentive. You will notice that He kept an eye for details of my needs. Upu can feel that He loves and so passionate of serving guest. Great job Tillies team! You turn our lunch into memories…

During our five-day stay at Palm Heights in Grand Cayman, we had the pleasure of dining at Tillie's each morning for breakfast. The restaurant consistently delighted us with its scrumptious cuisine, beautifully decorated setting, and stunning beachside atmosphere. What made our visits truly exceptional was the outstanding service provided by our server, Cristina. Her professionalism and warmth were so inviting that they became a significant reason for our daily return. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Chege, who assisted Cristina and mirrored her kindness and professionalism. Together, they greatly enhanced our dining experience, making our breakfasts at Tillie's not only enjoyable but truly memorable.

We were guests from Palm Heights which is next to Tillie's. We enjoyed a daily breakfast & several sunset dinners. The dining experience is amazing, a relaxing atmosphere & delicious food combined with the friendly service made Tillie's our favorite.
Hostesses Nancy, Maria and Elah made us feel welcome with their friendly smiles. Breakfast with Francis, Shalandra and Guadalupe brightened our mornings with juice, espresso & dragon fruit. Kim at the bar was delightful & makes a fantastic margarita.
A Must is to reserve dinner with Giuseppe; he is exceptional! Trust his recommendations even if you never tried Oyster Mushrooms or Goat Curry; amazing dishes! His wine knowledge and pairings elevated our experience & we discovered new favorites.
Tillie's is a 5 star experience and we can't wait to return next year!

Tillie's has by far been our favorite dinner spot on Thursday nights for the last 3 years! They offer a wonderful special that is SO worth the experience! I chose to order from the menu this trip & had the most AMAZING snapper dish with fresh mint, cucumber, & avocado slices!!! The kale salad is also a favorite! Besides excellent ambiance & food…our server Giuseppe has made our experience what it is…truly special!! His personality, knowledge, & expertise are spot on!! We already look forward to coming back next year & requesting our friend!! Cheers!

Tillie’s is delicious and beautiful. Mehdi was our server and he did an excellent job. We loved the Thursday night burger and lobster tail. Would definitely go back.

The restaurant is beautiful. The food was mediocre at best. The waiter tried to up sell us the whole time while we ordered. The bread was great and our waiter asked us if we wanted more and then returned with any. This place is overpriced and bad service. Go to Miss Pipers or Sunset Grill, better service and better food.

Giuseppe and Peter made sure we had a lovely evening at Tillies. They were attentive (but not overly-so) and each suggestion Giuseppe made was just as delicious as the previous one. He is a professional waiter in every sense of the word. I would be honored to have another dinner at Tillies the next time I'm in grand Cayman!

We loved the location and general ambiance of the restaurant, the tables are well spaced with fairy lights and potted plants in between; it’s really pretty in the evening. The service was good and whilst they don’t have a separate gluten free menu, they can make most of the dishes GF.
Our main courses were good, but IMO desserts were a bit of a let down - not enough cherries on the cheesecake, the ice cream in the sundae had no discernible flavour and tasted like it came from a “ Mr Whippy” ice cream van and the coconut cake whilst beautifully light in texture had a slightly synthetic taste. I would come again, but skip dessert.

Such a wonderful night at Tillie's! Starting with the walk on the beach from our resort, to the final bite of dessert that was the BEST gelato I've ever had. The ambiance of Tillie's is a complete experience. Our server and the entire staff made our night magical. Thank you Tillie's! I will be back and will be recommending you to everyone I know! Our server, Frank....even though I don't think that was his real name... ;) had the best energy, recommendations and made our evening even better!
