The finale of Halo season 2 is expected to air at midnight Pacific/3:00 AM Eastern (8:00 AM GMT in the UK) on March 21st, 2024, exclusively on Paramount+. While it's currently unknown what the finale episode will be titled, one can imagine that the end of the second season will culminate with Halo's Fall of Reach, one of the biggest and most brutal conflicts in the Human-Covenant War as seen in the original games and novels. As such, It's a critical event that helps kickstart the events seen in the first Halo game.
