The Food and Drink Sector, vital to the UK economy comprising 17% of UK manufacturing turnover, making it a target for those with malevolent intent. From ransomware to interference in essential infrastructure, Cyber-attacks are affecting the Operational Technology (OT) that is at the heart of our industry. The increasing interconnectivity between IT and OT and an increasing understanding of the vulnerability of OT is leading to high levels of concern within governments, businesses, and insurers.
