There is no official website or anyway of downloading the blue immigration form to print off to fill it in ahead of time. I always pick up a bundle of the forms at PUJ airport on my arrival for future trips to the DR. My airline does give out the forms inflight to fill in, in readiness for arrival but I like to have my own forms just in case they have not loaded the forms on the aircraft on my particular flight.

And yes they are same forms used to depart Punta Cana.

The blue Immigration form is one per person, it is the White Customs form that is one per family.

The last 3 trips the white form wasn't handed out or asked for.

Blue form for immigration... I do the same as Angelina, I have a stack here, fill them out ahead of time arriving and leaving.

When we left Punta Cana on Jan 31 - we were told we didn't need to fill out the blue form so we didn't and no one asked us for it.

left on January 29th and did have to fill out and it was collected... no rhyme or reason at that airport LOL

What works one day doesn't work the next day, sometimes depends on the staff and/or their mood that day too.

I also left on January 29th. I filled out the blue form and it wasn't collected! lol
