The extreme flexibility accompany…

The extreme flexibility accompany offers is unlike any other. I’ve made multiple changes since my original reservation And they are always met with a friendly voice and a helpful agent. They are thorough, efficient, and my items arrived exactly On time 3000 miles away. I would highly recommend!

I was a skeptic!

Admittedly, I was a skeptic. Read every review. Was nervous about using PODS to move as my belongings would leave my sight. Well, I took the leap and cannot say enough great things about my experience. From delivery to pickup, it could not have gone better. Each of the 4 people I dealt with dropping off or picking up were so incredibly skilled, friendly, and helpful. My new residence was tricky in terms of space. They nailed it! They were so careful and I was truly impressed with their expertise. I’ll never use anything different from here on out. Thank you, PODS, for your outstanding service every step of the way.

Moving and Storage

It was great to be able to pack a box and put it directly on the pod. It freed up space to pack and completes the task room by room. It is also great at the new place to not have to unload the pod immediately. To arrange the furniture and clean the new place before you bring in the "stuff". Downside was that it more expensive than I thought when I ordered it. Overall it was worth it and I would use PODS Moving and Storage again.

NEVER again

My pod got rescheduled at the last minute, meaning we had nowhere to sleep that same night. With an elderly mom, a son with special needs and 3 pets, we may be sleeping in the car at this late notice. There was no effort made to rectify the situation and no effort to refund anything. I even have to pay cancellation fees for the movers. Never again.

Accomplished what I wanted by storing…

Guy that dropped it off was nice

Guy that dropped it off was nice, helpful when you just dropped your husband off at the hospital.
Guy that picked it up was efficient and knew what he was doing. 16' was just the right size. Thank you.

Professionally done

Moved from Phoenix area to N. CA. Experience from booking through delivery and POD pick up was professional and easy. Kept us well informed. Not the cheapest but definitely worth the value provided.

First-time PODS user. Now a huge fan!!

Excellent, highly-detailed initial quotation. Superb communication throughout the process. Frequent email and text communications throughout. Met every commitment and deadline throughout the process. Always available if I had questions or issues. This was my first experience using a PODS-type move -- it was vastly superior to all my previous "conventional mover" type experiences. Great job, PODS!!

$900 for a 40 mile local move

Not sure why I’m being charged for 30 days of storage when I only had the pod for 3 days. Your operation is misleading. This was a local move. 40 miles down the road. $900.

Customer service was very unprofessional

Interaction with Customer Service online was a joke. Only understand most of the representatives and they did not understand what I was trying to ask. Simple questions could not get answered.

West coast to East coast made simple

Delivery & pick up at both locations were great! Easy & simple for our west coast to east coast locations. Made things so easy for us to move. Highly recommend using a POD. Our experience started with delivery of the POD on April 23, then they picked up POD ON APRIL 30 in Nevada. Delivery of the POD IN Rhode Island on May 20 & the pick up of the POD IS May 21. Well satisfied!

The drop off was top notch

The drop off was top notch. The driver said he always makes sure the customer can open the Pod. Sure enough, the door caught on the plastic foothold for the rowing machine. He worked on it for 5-10 minutes and freed it up!

Everything went very smoothly…

Everything went very smoothly considering we had no idea where or even what state we were going to move to when we ordered the PODs.
I did not like that content insurance was not discussed, their website is slow if it works at all, and that your credit card is billed sometimes days before you see an invoice.

Delivery driver was very rude.

Everything was fine, going smoothly, until the delivery of the POD to 2000 Tolman creek rd. The driver/delivery man was very rude, argumental and would not position the POD door facing towards the homes front door. For the money spent on this, his customer service was very unprofessional.

Are you really this BAD?

I have been given the wrong information consistently. Communication on all areas of your business need to be improved.
The container that got dropped off had a broken door. I told the driver and he said it wasn't broken. There was a space of 1.5-2 inches open on the right bottom. Flies and ants were in the container before I could even use. It was hard to open and the lock tabs took forever to line up. The door was dented and visibly slanted at the bottom. I got a call that you were picking it up early. It was a different driver, but I could hear the original driver YELLING in the background about me. The new other driver picked up the pod and confirmed that the door was broken. I started receiving emails and texts that my time for pod pick up for the next morning was confirmed. I called to confirm that you already picked up the container 2 hours before. I was on the phone with your rep to find the container and who picked it up. I got charged right away for the new container, which the rep said would just be credited! I just hung up with another rep because there were multiple confusing transactions on my bank account today. There was NO communication to tell me what the charges or deposits were. I have been on the phone with your reps almost the entirety of yesterday and now multiple calls today. I have the new pod being delivered Tuesday. I have a complicated move and it was supposed to be easy to use you. This has literally caused multiple anxiety attacks! This should not be this hard! I pray that Tuesday goes smoothly, as well as the rest of my experience with you.

great experience

Everyone was professional and very helpful. From ordering the pod and choosing the correct size to delivery, pick up and travel across the country. Jason was very helpful with drop off and making suggestions that helped secure our items and have them travel safely. Communication was constant at every different step of the way. Thank you PODS

Convenient, Friendly and Professional

Super convenient! The staff we worked with were all friendly and professional. Help move the pod into a hard location on the property and they didn’t even damage the soft gravel parking pad.
