The couple adopted Bechet and Manzie Tio Allen. Bechet is the first adopted child followed by Manzie. Bechet Allen’s adoptive parents Woody and Soon-Yi have been married since December 22, 1997.

She is an agent assistant at Orbis Media, per her LinkedIn account. She has served as an intern in the women’s fashion department.
