Madonna is back.

The Queen of Pop shared the first photo of herself on Instagram today following her stay in the intensive care unit. In it, she is seen looking fresh-faced and happy while wearing a white-and-pink top and cuddling up to a huge bouquet of pink roses. Her blonde hair is styled in two braids.

“‘A single rose can be my garden A single friend my world.’ ♥️🌹 Thank You,” she wrote in the caption, presumably expressing gratitude to friends and fans for their support during her health crisis.

She also shared two selfies on her Story in which she is hugging a purple plush toy while looking glowy in red lipstick.

The “Like a Virgin” singer was hospitalized late last month with a “serious bacterial infection,” per her longtime manager, Guy Oseary. Oseary announced via Instagram at the time that Madonna was expected to make a full recovery, but would be postponing her Celebration Tour due to the incident. (The 84-date tour, which is meant to mark her 40th career anniversary, was initially set to kick off on July 15 in Vancouver.)

Days later, the singer herself shared an update on her health on Instagram. “Thank you for your positive energy, Prayers and words of healing and encouragement,” she began in a post. “I have felt your love. I’m on the road to recovery and incredibly grateful for all the blessings in my life.” She added that she would be jumping back onstage as soon as possible to kick off her tour—starting in Europe and then going back to North America.
