Chapter 6 – All is Wellnelly

Introduction

Hello everyone, welcome to our Walkthrough for Quidditch Season 4 Chapter 6 of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. Last time, you met Skye in the courtyard, and she told you that the mysterious twins are transfer students from Durmstrang. According to her, they are quite skilled Quidditch players who have never lost a match.

Later on, while you were practicing with your teammates, you were informed that Rath got injured during the house match against the twins. You visited her in the Hospital Wing and learned that her arm got broken during the match. She asked you to help her recover. In return, she offered to help your team defeat the twins.

After talking with your teammates, the majority of them agreed to Rath’s proposition, so you went to the Artefact Room to brew some Skele-Gro for her. After talking to Erika for a bit, you decided to keep an eye on the twins and see if you can learn anything interesting.

To do that, you might need some help from your friends, so head to the Great Hall when you are ready. Upon arriving, you will notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you are curious to see what they have to say. You’ll greet your friends and say that defeating the Wellnelly twins might turn out to be quite difficult.

Murphy will agree with you.

One of your previous choices will take effect here.

Penny will try to keep things positive and encourage you.

Murphy, on the other hand, won’t be too optimistic about the whole situation.

In any case, you will need to learn more in order to figure out how to defeat them. You’ll suggest discussing everything you know about the twins. To do that, you will need to earn five stars within three hours. Three stars are needed to pass.

Make sure to slide the screen left and right to see all the available actions. There are bonus progress actions tied to Andre, Penny, and your character. Focus on those if you want to save energy.

Once you are done, you’ll realize that most of the stories about the twins conflict with each other, and Penny will say that she couldn’t find any record of the Wellnelly family tree in the library. Without a doubt, there is a shroud of mystery surrounding the twins. On top of that, they’ve never lost a match, and Murphy will point out that they are extremely aggressive.

He will ask you which one of those things is their most intimidating quality. There are three options to choose from. This choice won’t significantly change the story, so feel free to go with the option you prefer.

In any case, you will decide to observe the twins for a while. Murphy will like your idea. After all, gathering some first-hand knowledge is better than listening to rumors.

You’ll ask your friends if any of them know where the twins are, and Penny will tell you that Rita Skeeter is interviewing them in the courtyard. Shortly after, Murphy and you will leave the Great Hall.

Head to the courtyard when you are ready to spy on the Wellnellys. Once you arrive, you will be able to interact with some of the characters and see what they have to say. You’ll notice that Murphy is looking quite worried.

Apparently, one of the twins spotted him while he was trying to hide, and ever since then, he has been completely frozen.

You’ll ask if he learned anything before you arrived, and he will tell you that Gruffyd didn’t say a single word yet.

You’ll suggest eavesdropping on them. To complete this task, you’ll need to earn five stars within three hours. Three stars are needed to pass.

There are bonus progress actions tied to your character and Rita. Prioritize those if you want to save some energy.

You’ll notice that the twins are avoiding answering most of Rita’s questions, and Murphy will admit he has trouble understanding them.

Shortly after, Rita will say it is quite odd that the twins left Durmstrang all of a sudden. Baglan will tell her they were looking for a challenge, but Rita will say that she heard a different story. According to it, the two of them were expelled from Durmstrang.

The twins will look at each other, and after a moment of silence, Baglan will tell Rita she was simply misinformed.

Murphy won’t be sure who is telling the truth. There are three options for you to reply with. Since there is no way to tell if the rumor is true, it is somewhat recommended to pick the third option. However, if you want to give the twins the benefit of the doubt, you can also go with the first option.

Shortly after, the twins will leave the courtyard and head to the kitchens, so you’ll decide to follow them and see if you can learn anything else.

You will need to wait three hours before you can continue. Since you will likely be low on energy at this point, it is recommended to wait until this timer runs out. That way, your energy should recharge in the meantime.

Go to the kitchens once the waiting time is over. Upon arriving, you will notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you want to see what they have to say. You’ll spot the twins talking to Jae.

Suddenly, the twins will start heading your way, so you’ll suggest hiding before they see you. You can choose to hide behind the house elves or behind the counter. If you choose to hide behind the house elves, the twins will spot you, so it is recommended to hide behind the counter.

Once the twins leave, Jae will approach you. Apparently, he saw you hiding.

He will tell you he can sense when someone is snooping around, but you’ll explain that you’re simply trying to get more information about the Wellnellys. You’ll ask Jae if he can tell you anything about them, but sadly, he won’t be able to say much. Murphy will wonder what they were talking about, and you’ll find out that they were talking about sandwiches.

He’ll correct himself and say that he is behind on his sandwich making.

You will offer to help him with that if he agrees to tell you what he knows about the twins.

To help Jae make sandwiches, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are needed to pass, which is why you should avoid starting this task if you are low on energy.

There are bonus progress actions tied to Murphy and Jae. Focus on those if you want to save energy.

Jae will thank you for your help.

You’ll ask if he is friends with the Wellnellys.

Apparently, that isn’t the case.

Jae will explain that he’s been selling them sandwiches for a while.

Apparently, they are buying a lot of sandwiches. You’ll wonder why they are doing that, and Jae will say that he didn’t ask. Murphy will suggest that you have another mystery to solve and propose that you could learn more about the twins by seeing them in action.

Jae will tell you they went to the training grounds to practice.

Proceed to the training grounds to watch the Wellnellys practice. Once you arrive, you’ll notice that they are already practicing.

Murphy will suggest observing the twins from the distance. That way, you might be able to learn something about them. Observing the Wellnelly twins requires earning five stars within eight hours. All five stars are needed to pass.

Be sure to slide the screen left and right to see all the available actions. There are bonus progress actions tied to Murphy, Baglan, and Gruffyd. Prioritize those to save energy.

After observing them in action, you will realize that the twins are quite graceful. It’s definitely something you hadn’t expected.

Murphy will agree with you, finding their style strangely familiar. Moments later, the Wellnelly twins will be done with their practice, and you’ll decide to listen in and see if you can hear anything interesting.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to hear much from the distance.

Murphy will say that he heard the word Dai. Suddenly, the twins will look your way.

Seeing no sense in hiding anymore, you’ll decide to approach them. Baglan will say that they saw you in the courtyard. If you were hiding behind the house-elves before, he’ll tell you he saw you in the kitchens, too.

He’ll ask if you are following them. There are two options to reply with. Since there is no point in denying it, you might as well pick the second option and admit it.

Baglan will introduce himself and his brother.

You’ll introduce Murphy to them.

Much to your surprise, both of them already know who you are.

You’ll remind them that they sent Erika to the hospital ward.

Baglan will simply tell you that Quidditch is a dangerous game. You’ll say that your team is going to be ready for them. Baglan will smile and say that they’re looking forward to it, also calling you “butty.”

This will be the first time Murphy hears such a word. He’ll assume that Baglan was insulting you. There are two options for you to reply with. It is recommended to pick the first option and remain calm since Baglan wasn’t actually insulting you.

Shortly after, the twins will leave the training grounds. Before they go, Baglan will advise you not to follow them anymore.

Murphy will admit that he had difficulty understanding Baglan. Sadly, your reconnaissance mission wasn’t too successful. Murphy will tell you he might know who the twins are.

He’ll ask you to meet him at the library later and he will advise you to practice with the team for a while to prepare for facing the twins. You’ll need to complete two Quidditch friendlies before you can continue.

While playing these, you can feel free to select any position you prefer. However, given that you’ll be playing Seeker in the house matches, you might as well practice playing that position.

Try your best to successfully complete the maneuvers to earn rewards.

When you are done, you will need to wait four hours before you can continue. Since the chapter is not time-limited, it is recommended to wait until this timer runs out.

Head to the library once the waiting time is over. Upon arriving, you will notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you are curious to see what they have to say. You’ll notice that Murphy is already researching the twins.

He will tell you he might be onto something, and you will ask if he managed to solve the mystery of the sandwiches. He’ll say that he didn’t. However, he may be able to give you the information you need to defeat the twins, so you will be eager to hear about his research.

To learn about Murphy’s theory, you will need to earn five stars within three hours. Three stars are needed to pass.

There are bonus progress actions tied to Murphy and your character. Focus on those if you are looking to save some energy.

Murphy will tell you that he researched Wellnelly’s dialect and realized that the words they used are all Welsh sayings. He’ll also say that he figured out what the word ‘Dai’ means.

According to Murphy, the twins were most likely talking about Dai Llewellyn, a very famous Welsh Quidditch player.

You’ll assume they are his fans, and Murphy will say there is a connection between the names Wellnelly and Llewellyn. After hearing him say that, you’ll realize that the letters of those two last names are the same.

Murphy will say there is a chance Baglan and Gruffyd are descendants of Dai Llewellyn. There are two options for you to reply with. If you like Murphy, it is recommended to pick the first option.

In any case, you will decide to find Erika and see if her arm is fully healed.

Also, she will most likely want to hear about this new discovery.

Shortly after, Season 4 Chapter 6 of Quidditch will come to an end. Hit the Collect button to claim your rewards. You will receive 400 Coins and 40 Dragon Club Experience Points.
