recovery mode with error code 0xc0000225, unable to access startup settings.

My PC abruptly entered recovery mode with error code 0xc0000225, unable to access startup settings. I can access the firmware settings (InsydeH20 setup utility). Any assistance in resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated. Data restoration is not a concern; restoring PC functionality is my priority.

Does the 0xc0000225 error message screen mention a driver file name? A photo of the error message window can help. In some cases, rebuilding the BCD helps, but it depends.

If you don't want to troubleshoot this, you can create a Windows 10 USB setup disk (from another computer) and do a custom installation on your computer.
