Setting the reservation was a bit tricky because I wanted to add a person and OT was presenting an ‘error’ msg, but the staff addressed and am I SO THRILLED they did! From the moment we walked in to when we left the service treated us like we were their only guests (we, we’re not - it was packed). It was wonderful. Then there was the food…superb - just superb in flavour & presentation. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special birthday. This is a real gem. Will definitely be back soon! Thank you to all the staff - great job!

Wow I can’t say enough about the fun night we had at Lucy’s last night..starting with the excellent tasting food..the Bang Bang shrimp..the Brie ..the pizza 👌👌👌..you won’t be disappointed in the choices of food ..quality and presentation it comes out in. Compliments to our server Lauren ..who was wonderful..prompt , friendly and service with a smile. Her quick respond time to our orders was beyond appreciated, much appreciated with how busy it was.

The food, cocktails, service, ambiance and vibe was all top notch. This may very well be my new favorite restaurant in London. We had the Aloha Pizza, Rice, Lobster Rolls, Fries and Burrata, all of which were perfect! Looking forward to going back ASAP!

While the food was delicious, our waitress was awful. Rolled her eyes numerous times. Did not ask the group standing far too close to our table to move, and instead stood away and interacted with us from a distance. Did not check in at all during the course of our meal. I would love to recommend this place as the food is great, but service was terrible.

We went for my birthday and the only good thing about the place was our waitress and the food. The other workers came off very rude and placed us at a very bad and uncomfortable spot right near the door and when we asked to move they had an attitude about it. I have heard from others that the owner does not like younger people coming to his restaurant but he has to understand we are still paying customers at the end of the day.

Drinks are okay. Food was alright. Service was pretty good. A little pricey for what it is. I love seabass and to me they ruined it. Maybe some people like it that way. I do like this place but I’m just giving an honest review. I feel like it has become more of a bar to get bottles with friends rather than go for a nice dinner. However, their pizza is pretty good.
