Best location to explore Hong Kong. Centrally located around most tourist and dining spots. I spend most of my trip staying on the Hong Kong island side, but ending up commuting and spending most of my time on the Kowloon side. Wishing I had stayed at this hotel instead.
I did end up staying here on my last night in Hong Kong. This location is ideal if you want to explore.
The staff was awesome, letting me store my bag there for a few days while I went off to Macau. I wished I stayed longer!

For another birthday celebration, we chose this Hyatt with the package at $1,580+, inclusive of breakfast & $1,000 dining credit this time.
The registration went smooth & prompt on another Friday afternoon, and we appreciated the hygiene products, i.e. mask holders & sanitizing wipes in room.
Besides, the food quality & service at Chinese Restaurant were excellent, especially Colin who was very friendly & helpful, and we had an enjoyable dinner so far.
The occupancy might be very high on the night our stay, so a hostess redirected us to the function room when we went for breakfast the next day morning. The only thing we'd like to comment was the service there, since no one told us where we should go for the food proactively, and we were a bit lost. Nevertheless, we felt more comfortable upon we met Chef Charlie who was a very attentive person, and he explained to us about each food counters even he was extremely busy to refill the food actually. Both Colin & Charlie are absolutely the gem of the hotel.

This was a weekend staycation with a package including HKD 1000 dining credit. The service was impeccable. The reception was very quick and thought out (they had separate areas for cleaned and uncleaned pens). The reception called up my room five minutes after I checked in, to see if every was alright. The hotel had wet wipes and hand sanitizer in multiple areas, and provided paper envelopes to put your face mask in.
The room was very nice and well stocked. The TV had a wide variety of channels.
The food quality at Hugo's (for dinner) and Cafe (for buffet breakfast) was tasty (more in my restaurant reviews).
The gym was small but very well equipped. The treadmills were state of the art, with TVs installed and you can link your smart devices via Bluetooth to them.
Only minor points regarding the stay. The lobby/reception is on the 4th floor, so you need to take a lift there, and then take a separate lift to the room floors. I understand this a security precaution (as the lift to the room floors require a keycard). When the lift to the room floors open at the lobby, there is a rush of wind that accompanies them (I think a design flaw). The light switches for the bathroom in the room were too far away, which isn't that great if you want to use the toilet in the middle of the night. Some of the TV channels weren't getting good reception.

We booked a regular harbourview Room with club lounge access. Since this is for our son's birthday celebration, we paid an extra $$ for a harbourview suite.
The hotel is stylish, modern and huge lobby area. During the check-in, Carlos in the front office was speaking with us in a very calm and polite manner. He explained every item in the registration, credit card, hotel cleaning procedures and what they do for covid 19 precautions. And when we were having difficulties retrieving the voucher, he even suggested some keywords but have the patience for us to get through.
The suite room was well cleaned and prepared, they even prepared some birthday welcome decoration, cake and wine. Everything is working in the room, and a wow view too.
We did request for the housekeeping to change the bed linens and pillows, she arrived immediately and did the job so quick and professionally. I wish we got her name, and the guys from room service who brought us the buckets of ice. Also to the hotel staff that surprised us with wine and chocolates. Thanks to Iris from the Regency Club for the cake and card, our son loved it.
The TV? amazingly large, and will absolutely make you not go out of the room.
Our son had a blast during the whole stay. He kept saying, "best day ever" :-)
The wifi in the room was amazing, signal strength, stability and seamless connection from the Lobby, to the room, and back, even in the restaurants, pretty amazing. We've been having staycations this year alone and by far, this is the best wifi.
to close this review, this is the 3rd Hyatt regency we've stayed, and it always bring us joy, and wanting to stay more in this brand of hotel.

Thank you Carlos’s warm welcome at the front desk and Edward’s assistance in checking me in at the Regency Club.
I was thrilled by a beautiful fruit plater and a hand written welcome card when I just entered the room. Honestly the fruit plater is one of the most delicate one which I have ever received in Hong Kong, and that even goes beyond many luxury hotels.
I stayed in a Regency Suite, which is a corner room with with curved windows. The bathtub, that is spacious and deep, is truly fabulous.
Front office staffs and room attendants were polite and helpful. I have to specially appreciate the housekeeping team, such as Christopher Chiu, Arthur Chan and relevant attendants for assisting me in finding back my lost item that was left in the room after checking out.
The only drawback I can imagine is the breakfast offered in the Regency Club. It slightly lacks of selections compared to other HK Hyatt hotels, such as Shatin Hyatt, Hyatt Centric and of course the Grand Hyatt. Unlike most of hotels in Hyatt Group, the a la carte menu, that allows guests to choose for some cooked to order breakfast items, was missing in this stay.
Nevertheless, the entire stay was an enjoyable one and I do definitely recommend Hyatt Regency TST if you are looking for a hotel with both reasonable price and convenient location.

All staff members in Hyatt Regency TST were nice and polite. We were greeted by Carlos in the checkin counter and he explained every detail to us, and even bring us to the lift. (I haven’t expected this to happen in Hyatt Regency, so impressed!)
Even though the hotel was opened in 2008/2009, the room design was modern. The environment was clean and I felt comfortable staying in this place during the strange period. Most importantly, they had the bathtub and shower rooms in typical rooms. The washroom was pretty large.
We enjoyed the evening cocktail and breakfast at the Regency Club on the 23rd floor. The hotel did not put the wine or liquor on the tables at the buffet corner and guests may have to make a request if they need it. (I advice them to put it outside so that guests can take it whenever they would like to.) They served a wide range of delicacies, for example, Indian curry and Hong Kong Style barbecue pork rice. Basically, you can have a dinner there. I like their food. Staff were so hardworking and offered help regularly. They would say ‘Thank You’ to respond to my ‘Thank You’. Also, they collected the used plates and bowls so frequently and this helped to keep the table tidy. I like this lounge!
To conclude, the service of Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui was outstanding and I would definitely consider staying in the hotel for staycation again very soon.

The location of the hotel was perfect for seeing the sites of Hong Kong, alot to see within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and modern with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet wasn't included in our room rate and was very expensive so we didn't eat at the hotel, and it was difficult to find somewhere close by which opened before 11am, however we eventually found a nice little cafe a couple of minutes walk and ate there each morning of our stay. The pool was closed for renovation which was disappointing, as we would have liked to have a swim during our stay

Booked a birthday staycation weekend with friends in Regency Suites. You get a modest sized sitting room with sofa, TV, Nespresso machine and minibar, a very large and comfortable bed facing a large curved window with large flatscreen TVS too. The bathroom is big with a a bathtub, separate shower and toilet room. Cleanliness is good. Bathrobes ( fluffy and Japanese cotton style are provided. Room also contains slippers, safe, kettle and an iron/ironing board. The lounge on the 23rd floor is quite nice and generally behavior of guests are more refined than in some other hotels I have stayed in here (including the Hyatt Centric). Food in the lounge is ok and regularly replenished. Wine, Prosecco and spirits are ‘help yourself 5.30-7.30pm. Breakfast can be taken in the lounge or it’s better to take it in the main restaurant at lobby level where there is more choice of food. The restaurant is busy at breakfast time but not too crowded though as breakfast times are staggered. Although the egg station required queuing even for a fried egg so I missed out on that, would be good to have fried eggs freely available. Overall the choice of breakfast items is very good. One suggestion - hotel windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages and are very dirty, this spoils the nice views from the rooms and from parts of the Regency Executive lounge. Staff all friendly and helpful. Nice hotel!

I visited Hong Kong during the quarantine and it is under those circumstances where you get the best of people. The hotel provided guests the best service and a top discipline regarding hygiene conditions and guest healthcare control. I had a great stay under a city put in vigilance. After that, the hotel offers top class rooms, and good restaurants to enjoy great variety of foods. It is situated in an optimal side of Kowloon. Awaiting to get back after those days.

The package was around $2,000hkd which includes a corner room, breakfast buffet, and Hugo's dinner that's served in-room. The in-room dining service is great and the food is as fresh as dining in the restaurant. Overall a quite good CP value stay. Yet, just a recommendation for staff entering to the guest's room, better with shoes off as with the pandemic situation right now.

Sorry for the late reply. No, the room was very modern and seemed recently refurbished. Was indeed a very nice room. We stayed there again 4 weeks later and got a different room on a different floor. But the look was the same (very modern and recently renovated).
