  • go to school in the City of Toronto
  • own property in the City of Toronto
  • live on a First Nations reserve in Ontario

Head to your nearest branch to register and you’re done!

Now that you have a library card it’s time to take advantage of its perks.

The tpl:map program currently has 17 places around Toronto you can access for free with your card:

According to TPL all you have to do is “log in to the tpl:map reservation site with your library card, choose from available attractions, reserve your date, and print or download your pass.”

The CN Tower was the most recent addition to the list, with the Toronto Public Library and the CN Tower making a joint announcement on May 14th, with the free access starting today, May 16th.
