I don't even know if that's the real phrase for it. My friend and I used to stream breaking bad. He would "add" it to raidrive from a group drive or some shit and we used to stream it. That friend
I've been trying to learn everything about piracy ever since. I downloaded and installed qbittorrent and downloaded an anime from nyaa.si. I downloaded the torrent file for the anime and then added the torrent file on qb. I guess that's how you do it? It was pretty easy and it worked. I'm using the same method to download S3 of breaking bad. I now need a way to stream stuff.
We used to pirate games too but I can't play games because then I miss him too much and my heart sinks and I start crying. Maybe later. So now, how do I stream torrents? Essentially watching pirates stuff without downloading. I don't know the technical term.

Condolences about your friend. Dont know why no one has posted this before but https://webtorrent.io/ works great, and it has functionality for seeking and even use external video players (like mpv or vlc). As people have said here: the more seeders, the better

I use Stremio, it basically displays the show as it buffers and then deletes it after some time.

I'd strongly advise you to take a step back and take things a bit more slowly though. You're trying to dive straight into the deep end here.
You are not anonymous online. Not by default anyway and not ever fully even if you tried.
There's no free lunch. Don't start rushing into doing things to which 3rd parties might object and screw over your day. Do your research first. Read up on the legal situation in your jurisdiction concerning the things you are doing. Your friend was taking a risk. Know that risk so that you can prepare accordingly.
I've been getting stuff illegally for 10+ years now. Nothing will ever happen in my third world country. Thank you for your concern though.

You could use a free account with seedr dot cc . You past your torrent links in the web interface and it downloads the torrents for you. Then you just download from seedr like any normal file. Free accounts give 2 or 4 gig of space, once you have the file delete it and get another.
Streaming is a bad option if your internet speed sucks. Since you're new, just stick to downloading the shows and movies using qbittorrent. You can configure qbittorrent to download the episodes in sequential order so that you don't have to wait much to watch the first episode while the other episodes are still downloading in the background.
Ok so is it possible to watch something as it is downloading by previewing the file? Is that possible?

Yes, there is, although supposedly it only works with some types of files. (in my experience though all have worked).
Right click on a torrent that is currently downloading and select "download in sequential order"
This will download the movie from beginning to end rather than randomly, and you can just play it through your normal video player even when it's not complete yet. I'm not sure why nobody else has said this, it's worked before for me.
If there is not much peers for the file you may have a low dl speed so useless to view the video when its downloading

right click on the torrent in qbit and enable sequential downloading, and then you should be able to watch the file as it’s downloading

You can check out TorrServe, this is exactly what you want. You can install it into your computer, or android phone (or android tv). Works smoothly, 80gb 4k torrents are working great if there are enough seeds

Safe in terms of no viruses. In terms of laws I don't know, I live in an internet freedom county

Set up a media server like Plex, Emby, or Jellyfin.
I know just the thing for you, you just need to install an app called Stremio. Download an add-on called torrentio and stream any movie or TV show you want. You can also play magnet link of any torrent directly on it

With webtor.io you can stream a torrent while it's being downloaded by the website's servers. Use an ad blocker though.
Use webtorrents application to stream the torrents directly.
Although, i would recommend just using a streaming website (check the mega thread)
