From The Storm King School

The Storm King School is an independent coeducational boarding and day school in New York. Established in 1867, it is one of New York's oldest and most reputable boarding schools. The Storm King School is a college preparatory school for students in grades 8 to post-graduate, with enrollment of 200 and 50 faculty living on or near the campus.

The School is nestled in the beautiful Hudson Valley, one hour north of New York City. SKS students benefit from the School’s strong academics, athletics, and visual and performing arts. Recent graduates have matriculated into some of the top universities in the U.S. including MIT, Harvard University, Cornell, Columbia University, The University of Chicago, Georgetown, NYU Stern, Tufts, Wellesley College, Rhode Island School of Design, Parsons, and more. SKS students have won prestigious scholarships to the U.S. Senate Youth Program, appeared in the top 20 of the American Idol competition, and received athletic scholarships to NCAA programs.
