Quick, easy, convenient, knowledgeable and professional staff! Thanks for making this experience stress-free (especially with toddlers). By appointment only, but easy to book appointments online and accommodating to all schedules. Yes you pay an additional fee for processing, but I'd do it again if that means I am stress-free. Thanks again CSUDH.

Great service! Daisy was welcoming, patient, helpful and it was done quick. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you!

It was a little tricky finding the place but if you follow this map, it'll be easy. Parking was right across the office for $9, a bit pricey but couldn't find any meter parking.

Extremely hassle free! This facility is super easy to access and the staff was helpful and friendly . We had to renew our 3 kids passports and to be honest I was dreading it . The first time we did this we did at a local US Post office and let me tell you it was way over 1.5 hr with an appointment. I did schedule 3 appointments in April for a June appointment. We filled out the forms at home and just took all the proper documents and has the kids photos taken there . Without exaggerating we had 8 am appointments and we left the facility in 25 min ! Yippee ! So glad to have found this place . kuddos to the staff . ( 2 young ladies sorry I forgot their names ) THANK YOU
