AtlantiCare now connects with mobile apps, like AppleHealth, to offer you a secure method for viewing your health records.
Via the AtlantiCare HealtheLife Patient Portal, you have direct, secure, access to your health information, including: lab results, visit summaries and notes, radiology (x-ray) and pathology results and scheduled appointments. In addition, you can request medication refills and message your provider office via the portal.

Copies of your Health/Medical record that are needed for another health care provider or other third party can be requested here: Request Medical Records New Jersey (NJ), AtlantiCare, Egg Harbor Township.

Apps downloaded from official app stores or specifically recommended by your healthcare provider are more likely to handle your data securely.
Review privacy terms and conditions
You will reduce the risk of having your private information compromised if you understand the specific terms you are agreeing to by using the app and allowing it to access your health records.
Know the app developer
If you are uncomfortable with who the developer is or where the app was developed, choose an alternative.
Know whether the app is sharing or selling your data
Some applications – especially ones marketed as free – make money by sharing or selling your data. Be sure you know what the app is doing with your data and never authorize the app to share your data on social media.
Use strong and unique credentials
Mitigate your risk of compromised credentials by using a strong and unique password when you create an account with a health app or with your healthcare provider to enable electronic access to your health records.
