From Birch Wathen Lenox School

With an eye on the future, The Birch Wathen Lenox School is entering a dynamic new chapter in its 100+ year history. Our new leadership team—led by recently appointed Head of School Bill Kuhn—is reshaping the school to prepare students for our ever-changing world with exciting new programming in STEM, entrepreneurship and international travel, while retaining the established core values and supportive environment that set BWL apart in the New York City landscape.

Respect for each other’s differences and freedom of expression are central values of our school, and we celebrate diversity in background and opinion throughout all divisions.
