I followed the Weight Watchers diet, and these are only four points. They are very filling and very delicious. Plus I do a lot of hiking and they're perfect lunch on a hike.

I eat them every day as part of my diet because they're high in protein but low in things like fat and sugar. It's easy to get a lot of protein from other sources like peanut butter, for example, but the saturated fat is very high. Quest bars provide lean protein along with the vitamins your body needs!

We do weight watchers and this protein bar is only 4 points. Most are 6-10 points! And, they taste good. Especially, the chocolate cookie dough!
