The Putney School, founded in 1935, is a co-educational college preparatory school located on a 500 acre campus in Putney, Vermont.

Made up of approximately 250 students, grades 9-12, the school has a 5:1 student to teacher ratio. The school offers both day and boarding options.

In addition to liberal arts academics, the curriculum emphasizes community service and environmental sustainability.

Located on Elm Lea Farm, a working dairy farm, students learn the values of hard work and responsibility.

Over 20% of the food served on campus is grown on the farm, and the campus boasts a LEED Platinum certified field house and several solar-powered buildings.

Yearly tuition is $46,900 for boarding students, $29,900 for day students.
