horrible call in system, waited on hold for service for

horrible call in system, waited on hold for service for 15mins just to be hung up on. They will not answer any questions on prices which seems untrustworthy and scummy. Never go here.

A great establishment and very friendly staff. My third car from them and it’s always a pleasure to be there. Abdul, Yahia, Hatim, Mostafa, Gary and Eddie are very professional and they always make my experience hassle free. I’ve referred so many friends to A1 Toyota and they’re all happy with their experience.

Hi Timothy, When we started our conversation, I was very cordial to you. Then when you realized, that you weren't getting the answer you wanted, you would start to ask questions and make remarks and when I would go to answer what you were asking, you would begin to talk over me instead of letting me respond, therefore you provoked the response of me raising my voice. Once I did this, then you started to give me the common decency of being able to respond to you and we continued to have a cordial conversation. As I stated in your other review from the other site. I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.

Incorrect. You kept talking over me first and wouldn’t let me respond because you lost your composure. Common decency is only given when received Gary. Not knowing how to respond to my legitimate complaints, you ended up going on a rant about a completely different topic. Being a manager you should know that’s not how you treat clients. Stealing money from customers then expecting them to not react to it is ludicrous. I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.

This was the absolute best car buying experience we have

This was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had. We had an out of state purchase, involving several out of the norm factors. Everyone was courteous, informed, flexible, and easy to work with. We were able to execute the entire deal via phone and email and pick up the car very quickly. We have bought many cars in our home state of CA and this was so far beyond any great service we have ever encountered that I am willing to fly cross country to buy our next car to work with this dealership, who doesn't love a road trip, right? We so appreciate the no-nonsense approach without constant upselling. It was refreshing.
