Charles Capito Jr. named to West Virginia University board

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — Gov. Jim Justice has appointed Charles L. Capito Jr. to the West Virginia University Board of Governors.

Capito, a Charleston finance executive, is the husband of Republican U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito.
