Joseph M. "Little Joe" Perna (born October 31, 1969) was an American mobster and a soldier in the Lucchese Crime Family's New Jersey Faction. The son of notorious capo Ralph V. Perna, he was also the brother of fellow mobsters John and Ralph M. Perna. Perna was involved in various lucrative drug trafficking operations through his affiliation with various members of the Bloods gang. He was accused of racketeering and gambling in December 2007, before being indicted as part of a narcotics and telephone smuggling network at East Jersey State Prison in May 2010. He was ulitmately sentenced to 10 years in prison in January 2016, being released in 2019.
