Started his career as a walk-on and earned a scholarship prior to the 2022 season ... Has been a contributor on special teams throughout his career and became an offensive starter in 2022 ... Moved from linebacker to defensive end in the spring of 2021 and then to a tight end/fullback role in the spring of 2022.

2022 (Junior): A first team Academic All-Big 12 honoree for a third straight season ... An honorable mention All-Big 12 pick by the league’s coaches after mainly serving as a lead blocker in the Cowboy offense ... Played in all 13 games and earned the first three starts of his career against UAPB, Baylor and Texas Tech ... Made two catches on the year ... The first was a 13-yard grab in the season opener against Central Michigan and the second went for three yards against Texas Tech ... Made one tackle on the year, coming against Kansas State ... Named the OSU special teams player of the week in the win over Texas ... Served as a game captain for the win over Iowa State.

2021 (Sophomore): A first team Academic All-Big 12 honoree ... Played in all 14 games, mainly on special teams ... Recorded an assisted tackle against Tulsa and another in the PlayStation Fiesta Bowl win over Notre Dame ... Served as a game captain against Kansas State and West Virginia.

2020 (Freshman): A first team Academic All-Big 12 honoree ... Played in 10 of OSU’s 11 games, missing only the second game of the year vs. West Virginia ... Received OSU’s Special Teams Player of the Game honor for his performance against Kansas after he made a big hit on KU star Pooka Williams during a kickoff return in the second quarter ... Recorded three tackles with two solo stops on the season ... His tackles came in wins over Kansas, Baylor and Miami ... Named the scout team defensive player of the week vs. both West Virginia and Texas Tech.

2019: Redshirt.

High School: Played for coach John Graham at Prague ... Excelled on both sides of the ball from his sophomore year on as a linebacker and receiver/tight end ... Recorded six receptions for 292 yards and five touchdowns in a win over Bethel during his junior season ... Made 50 tackles and two catches for 16 yards as a sophomore, playing in all 11 games ... Also played baseball ... Chose to walk on at Oklahoma State over reported offers from New Mexico State and Texas State.
