Very nice TV stand for the size and price. Color is light gray and dark gray. The wood has nice streaks to it for dimension. The 2 doors have a light tan rattan material. Those two cabinets slide to each side with ease. There was an area in front with slight scuffs due to packaging, but pictured. Assembly was pretty easy, probably took me an hour and a half to unbox and put together. I would recommend looking forward on the directions because they’re not super clear on some steps.. Kristin. This TV stand is great! It's very sleek, sturdy, and modern and the gray wash color matches well with my other grey furniture. The different sized shelving are all very adequate for my belongings and personally I'm a big fan of the asymmetric design. The instructions can be quite confusing though, so definitely take your time putting it together. Also, please note that mine came with a factory warning sticker on it and when I went to remove it, it actually removed some of the vinyl with it! It wasn't that big of a deal because it's on the underside of the top piece (once fully assembled you can't see it) and I was able to cover it with some grey wooden wallpaper, but just a warning for anyone interested to buy.. The drawers aren’t super functional, they’re shallow compared to the space they take up, and there is only one even though it looks like two on each side. The center cabinets are nice, and albums fit. No directions were included but could have been because I purchased an open box buy, I was able to figure out the assembly without them. I bought this for my daughters tv at her townhome for college. I liked the grey rustic wood and metal combination. My only problem with it, is that it had a dent and scratches on it. You’ll see the pictures below. I wanted to return it, it she needed it and didn’t want to wait. Fortunately, the dent is in the back and the scratches you can’t see much. Still, for the $, i wanted it perfect. The other problem that led me to the 3 star is how hard it was to put together. The instructions say to put the legs together and them install the board, but then it won’t fit. So, you have to shimmy the boards in while you’re putting the legs/base together. It was a process, but we figured it out. The good part was, we didn’t need extra tools and all the parts were there. Anyways, it was the perfect size, looks terrific, and my daughter likes it.. Now built, I'm happy with this cabinet. It fits with my decor and it's sturdy. Fortunately I'm very handy, so I was able to navigate the sub diagrams/directions. But for someone who's not, building this would be a nightmare. The back panel cover doesn't cover the entire back of the cabinet. The pre-punched holes on the cover do not align the pre-drilled holes on the back frame. I had to "McGyver" the panel to cover the back frame. Also FEDEX left my 97lbs. cabinet on my stoop w/one end of the package completely damaged. Easy to put together, took me and my partner about an hour and a half. The delivery driver had to carry it up there flights of stairs and it weighs about 100 lbs ( quality for the price overall seems great. Option to have the flame without the heat is nice too.
