1. 過五不食消滅小肚肚

舒淇認為減肥不能光靠餓肚子,不過飲食的時間卻是影響是否能否瘦身成功的重要關鍵,因此她一直以來堅持「過五不食」的重要原則,也就是過了下午五點就不再進食,晚餐就在五點前先吃,晚上就盡量早點睡,充足的睡眠也對身體的代謝很重要,但如果餓到睡不著可以吃少量水煮青菜或沒有甜份水果,像是芭樂和大番茄。

2. 選對食物有效燃脂

只要選對了食材,就算減肥都可以不用餓肚子,為了要長期維持上鏡好身材,女神舒淇通常以健康的無糖蔬果汁及奶類製品取代早餐,但切記若是腸胃不好、有過敏體質或是容易長粉刺的Angels要避免奶類製品,另外舒淇的午餐餐和晚餐都吃得相當隨意,只要懂得好好配搭低熱量高耗能的食物,像是喜歡吃水果的朋友可以多選奇異果及蘋果...等有效減脂腸,使道順暢的水果,另外雞蛋可以促進新陳代謝,因於消化時間比碳水化合物長,更使人不容易產生飢餓感覺比麥片更能抑制食慾,因此在早餐時可選水煮蛋或茶葉蛋,再配上一杯鮮榨果汁,這個是一個很好的瘦身早餐。

3. 每天8杯水增強體內代謝

每天要至少喝8杯水(約2500毫升),可以增加飽足感,讓妳的肌膚保濕潤澤,並增強體內循環代謝,但太多也不好,小心水中毒,另外還可以早晚配一杯麥草汁,增加纖維攝取量.

4. 吃飽後站半小時防止脂肪堆積

吃飽後千萬不要馬上坐下或是躺著,女神舒淇分享說吃飽飯後會站著至少三十分鐘,而站的時候同時要用力縮小腿,這樣可以改善腿部的線條,同時又可以防止脂肪在腰部對下位置堆積,讓腰變粗啦~
