Our 23,000+ store colleagues are the friendly face of Iceland. They provide the warmest welcome in frozen food! Every day on the frontline of our business, they give their all to deliver an amazing service to our customers. They are the heartbeat of our over 850 Iceland and 100+ Food Warehouse stores.
There are store teams. And then there are Iceland store teams. It’s a totally different experience. Whether you’re part of one of our smallest or largest teams, you’ll feel like part of the family.
