    Our lunch was very enjoyable with very good food and excellent table service. However, we could not give you five stars because of the situation we experienced at the door waiting to enter the restaurant. Why must you keep people waiting out on the street in a queue while just one member of your staff at that time tried to deal with the half dozen or so customers trying to get into the place. Apart from this moan, it was a great time spent at the Ivy.

    An enjoyable visit hadin that the food was tasty and the place had a positive vibe to it. once seated. Our only disappointed was that on arrival, with no-one on the welcome desk, we weren't sure quite what to do. We waited the 5 minutes as we had booked - if we hadn't we possibly would have walked away (it felt odd as the waitresses could see us through the door glass but no-one came as it was someones elses job to do "meet & greet"??)

    We came for my best friend's 55th birthday and we had the most amazing time. It was Karen's first trip to The Ivy although I have been to many of your Brasseries. She was just in awe of all the detail and our server Ellie was fabulous and went out of their way to make sure she felt special. I captured lots of video content and will post a reel to my insta in the next few days. @pippawinner

    Lovely enjoyable time Went with my husband For afternoon tea Very relaxing Delicious food I had vegetarian - loved the vegan feta and sun dried tomatoe- and also the green juice, the chocolate popping pot
