A very clever and innovative design by Norman Foster is a masterpiece of what can be done to a building.
Certainly well worth a visit if in Berlin.

Great to see at night and day with the contrast, also late at night you get nice photos with gate lit up and only a handful of tourists.
close by parks and restaurant's so lots of other things to do.Written June 8, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. This is a great place to bring kids , too. It’s an active place where you can walk and explore for yourself.Written June 5, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jason SMelbourne, Australia2,049 contributionsVisiting wall is such an emotional experience, as we all grew up with the history of the wall and the separation of a country.
Information center/museum across the road gives a photo and timeline of the history of the wall, once finished you can go to roof and get a bird's eye view of the memorial wall.
Memorial Wall goes for many hundreds of meters with different sections explaining the significance of the wall. for me top 3 things to see in Berlin.*Written June 8, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Cora Visits PlacesGlasgow, UK209 contributionsFalling in Love is the show at this venue that is playing until July 2024 - and it is absolutely crazy in a so-bad-it’s-good kind of way! The story is nonsense, the songs are silly, the outfits are gorgeous. There is some really unexpected talents to be seen, like trampolining and a unique balancing act. If you enjoy the camp nonsense that is often in Eurovision I think you will really enjoy it, if that kind of thing isn’t for you avoid it at all costs.
As for the venue itself it is very grand, and I appreciate that it is relatively affordable. I booked a cheap seat on a weekday and paid €30 and can’t complain at all, I could see the whole stage and wasn’t at all uncomfortable. I’m sure the stall seats are great tho so just pay what you can afford. The seats are comfortable to me as a plus size person and I wouldn’t have any hesitation about coming back in the future.
Also I have to commend the staff - I had a problem with my ticket and they gave some helpful advice (in English) over the phone.Written March 28, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ari M16 contributionsThere is a museum for everyone. Scenery is great, good place to picnic, very beautiful cathedral as well. - Taylor C4 contributionsMy husband and I were mentally tapped out on history activities. We ended up at the zoo and it ended up being one of my fav memories in Berlin! The zoo is set up in a way that truly immerses you into each exhibit. We felt so close to the animals. The zoos back home (USA) are not set up like this. All of the animals were well taken care of. Do not skip the petting area 🙌🏼Written June 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
