West High DECA Earns 1st Place at International Conference in California!
Earlier this month, he was recognized by The Womens Community, Inc. for his Outstanding Achievement in Supporting Sexual Assault Survivors.
What makes his nomination really special, is that he's the first teacher to be nominated by the honor from a student!
The 2022 Educator Preparation Program and Workforce Analysis report reveals how the status of teacher retention and compensation have created a workforce crisis across Wisconsin.
Mr. Reiche was appointed interim principal last August following the departure of Amanda Patterson. Since then, he's done a fantastic job leading John Marshall! Prior to being appointed interim principal, Mr. Reiche was a 5th grade teacher at Marshall for 7 years.
We are excited to celebrate the contributions of Asian Americans and Hmong Americans in the classroom and educate students about their history! In fact, as Gov. Evers stated, "The Hmong and Asian American communities are a critical part of our state's history, culture, economy, and our future. It's important that we celebrate our shared histories and honor the people who help make Wisconsin the state it is today." We could not agree more!
