Clarifications
[1] Rebooking fee amount depends on the route. There is an additional charge of 10€ for rebooking within 7 days before departure. Fare difference charges may apply. Ticket changes via the call center are charged with 23 EUR service fee. In case online ticket change is not technically supported as an option, service fee is not charged for ticket change via the Call Center.
[2] Taxes are refundable in full for all tickets. A refund charge of 23€ per ticket applies. Fare rules apply.
[3] The service is currently available only for direct flights with the same carrier (A3 or OA) regarding changes through web & mobile check-in, AEGEAN App and at the airport (counters & kiosks). ComfortFlex is eligible for changes to an earlier or later flight within the same day of departure and only if there are still seats available in economy class. The service is not applicable for flights that have been booked with a coupon or miles redemption. More information in the fare rules.

For direct flights between Rhodes – Kastelorizo only Comfort Flex fare is available.
For codeshare flights, the fare rules and terms of transfer of the Airline operating the corresponding flight apply.
