Concerns: It is better known for Medical entrance than Engineering.

Aakash Institute is one of the most popular coaching institutes for cracking medical entrance examinations. Although not as well known for JEE, it has a very competitive environment with very experienced teachers and extensive course material. It accounts for almost 50% of the top 100 ranks in NEET and AIIMS 2017. It is also rated highly for JEE Preparations in Delhi.

The teachers teach concepts in innovative ways and ensure that all topics are covered with a lot of focus and depth. However, like most major coaching institutes, the standard of teaching and coaching varies across different branches and cities. The best branches have some of the best faculty whereas newer and smaller branches have sub-par faculty. Please DO NOT put your student with Aakash. They're only very keen on taking the fees amount and their number of classes and coaching hours are also very less compare to any other NEET coaching centers. There is a complete disconnect from marketing team who sits in Delhi and people in the branch. People in the branch are having no clue about students registered through marketing people. All people in Aakash will urge you to pay the fees to covert the students and once after that they will not mind you at all and if you ask for refund for any reasons, they will not give you back. They're using this tactics to generate money. Please DO NOT spoil your kids life by joining them in Aakash. They've very cheap behaviors and operating model. They will also create a scene as if they have very limited seats for the batch and pressurize you to pay the money immediately otherwise they will say the student will be put in a different batch. They will tell you different stories to pull the money from your packet. There are other very good institute who takes money in installment as well. Don't be a victim of Aakash.
