Thanks so much for all these posts guys, i just received missed calls from this number 3 times today, i thought it my be my baby's mothers in another state but thanks to all of you i will be prepare to tell these guys to f*off.

I have been receiving several calls from an Unknown number and then 585-919-0331 came up a few minutes later. I checked the number and found this site.  Thanks for the info!

Got a call today from the number and it said that it was no longer in service when I called back

Same thing: got a call today from 585-919-0331 w/no voicemail left: called it back and got a recording that the # was disconnected. My boyfriend got a call 5 minutes later: our cell phone numbers are one digit apart. I did a reverse 411 lookup to find out who the telephone provider is: land line not cell, and provider is Paetec Communications. I called the customer service department to inform them of the situation. He checked his database and shows the # listed with Choice One Communications as the provider. He suggested I contact the Attorney General. I tried contacting Choice One Communications and was on hold for over 10 minutes and gave up. I contacted the NYS Attorney General and they said w/out a physical address they can do nothing and to contact the NYS Public Service Commission. Contacted them and they said we can't help, call the FCC. Hopefully someone will have better luck with this!

I receive this number on my cell, when I call back it said number not in service. Thanks, for the web now we can stop people like this from hurting others.

i got a call from them today and it was a missed call, so it showed up on my caller id. They did not leave a message. This site is great now I will know what I am up against.

received call at 1:26 eastern time on 8/12/09. They left no message. Wondering who they are

Got a call from his number on my cell but caller didn't leave message.  As a rule, I never pick up calls from area codes I don't recognize, and often don't pick up if the caller isn't already in my cell's phone book.

Anyway, I've read enough here to know not to worry about it.  I just don't like debt collectors, but these guys sound like something else.

Just a note to everyone - if someone ever threatens about having to come to court blah blah blah, you should really just laugh at them.  If you ever need to go to court, you'll learn it in ways other than some bozo calling on the phone.

Got call few times,always no answer, and when you saying hello it's echoes back so I guessed that it's like calling from the computer

This is a call-out number from Skype. Anyone using Skype-out to make cheap VoIP calls could show up as using this number, but it's not a DID number like a regular phone.

A call from this number showed up on my caller ID display. I tried calling the number back (using a *67 prefix code), but I also reached a recording saying that the number was no longer in service with a tag of "ROC-76" (Rochester 76)

i got a call from this company saying that i am selected in lucky dip taken by walmart and walmart is giving me fedhealth card with which i will get discount on prescription medicine and DR office visits. i told her that i am fully covered by my employer then she tried to convince me taking the card and asked me to pay 2.99$ for postal charges, at that instance i told her not to call again and hung up the phone. By the way her accent is middle-eastern.

No Message and name unknown on id.

I just got a call from this number.  It was a recording to lower my interest rates on credit card.  It prompted me to press 1 so I did.  A man answers the phone and before he can say anything I ask him what company he's from since I don't have a credit card.  He hangs up immediately.  I dialed back but line was disconnected.  They need to be caught and put away as soon as possible.

they just called me and it was a women something henry; i told her that it was against the law to be calling people at work, and she said hold on i'm going to send you to my supervisor. 2 seconds later it sounded like her again with a very indian accent then i hung up. 2 minutes later a guy calls saying my name and social security number it was right but i never told him it was right. i told him not to call again because it was against the law to call people at work and he gave me an additude that i need to listen to him and i hung up...hopefully these suckers will get caught. the number they called from was 585-919-0331 and when i called back it says that this number has been disconnected.

basically i got a call from this number late at night, i was really annoyed until i realised that when someone calls you over the internet (from SKYPE), this number comes up...so it could really be anyone!
