Recently started taking class to get a ham radio license. Was sort of always interested, but never knew much about it or how to get into it at all. Local amateur radio club is sponsoring free classes, they provide the FCC license test and even give you a radio at the end of it. Well, the price was right so I signed up for it and had my first class today. Almost like applied physics, it was kind of cool. Just wondered if anyone else here has ever had any ham radio experience.
