A wonderful experience. Dallas was an excellent server, always had a smile on her face. I had the mix seafood grill and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. My hubby had the surf and turf and the steak cut like butter. The calamari app was tender, not chewy. And the chocolate velvet cake was the perfect ending. Taking leftovers home!

Oh my goodness, we have relocated to Wentzville, MO and are just beginning to get out to the local eateries. Went to Bristol’s in O’Fallon, Mo and the whole experience has been phenomenal! We sat in the bar area and were blessed with Zach as our waiter. The service was exceptional, as was the food! We started with an order of calamari which includes flash fried jalapeño slices and shredded carrots with two dipping sauces. It was excellent! For our entree, Laura had the Chilean Sea-bass with roasted potatoes and asparagus, again outstanding! My meal included Seared Ahi Tuna with Brussels sprouts and roasted carrots, everything was delicious! This is now our favorite place to eat and hang out and it is only seven miles from home! Kudos to Zach, the Kitchen and other waitress staff as nothing was missed! Thank you Bristol for an outstanding evening!

Bristol was right next to our hotel, and was highly recommended to us by the hotel manager. His recommendation was spot on.
Bristol is a beautiful restaurant with amazing food. Our server was absolutely top notch… very friendly, efficient and good at her job. She also gave us free samples of the lobster bisque, which was terrific.
We both had the bourbon glazed salmon, which was delicious and perfectly prepared. The portion was so large, neither of us could finish the entire meal. Drinks and sides were also spot on.
We’d highly recommend Bristol and we hope we have an opportunity to return some day. Two big PowerTrippers thumbs up!

The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. The service was very attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic. The steak was perfectly done and the temperature was just right. The salmon was tasty. The portion size was just right. So if you are looking for a delicious dinner and a great atmosphere, this is the place for you !

Visited Bristol's in O'Fallon on a recent trip to the St. Louis, MO area. Nice restaurant, good service, food generally above par, prices way above market for comparable restaurant fare. The cocktails were good, and we shared a nice rose wine from France. The lobster bisque was delicious, nice chunks of lobster included. The strawberry-pistachio salad was good, but overly covered with dressing. The crab cakes were good, mostly crab, little filler. The Alaskan Halibut was over-cooked and dry, only saved by the sauces on the table. A very disappointing dish, especially for the price. Bristol's has a long history in the St. Louis seafood restaurant scene, but for the money, there are many other places with better food at better prices.

We have always enjoyed our Bristol's experience whether it's in the dining room or the bar. Servers are friendly, and the food is delivious. Today was Father's Day, and we opted for a drink and an appetizer. While the bisque was delicious, the oysters were the size of a dime. It honestly was chalenging to dip in the sauce. We told the server that for $3@, the dime sized oysters were not worth it. She smiled and said she'd heard that already. We should have asked for the manager...our fault. Once the server realized we weren't happy, she did not engage in any conversation nor ask if we wanted another drink, instead talking to the other bartender/server about her feet. 🤫 It will be a while
before we return.

Living in Missouri means the idea of fresh seafood is just a foreign concept. On a date night we decided to try Bristol Seafood Grill for change of pace. This is about as close to fresh seafood as you can get in Missouri and it was outstanding. The jumbo lump crab cakes with mango tartar sauce is just straight up hit the spot goodness, even more points for the excellent whipped mashed potatoes. The steaks were melt in your mouth fork tender goodness according to my wife. The second time I tried the panko shrimp with the apple celery root slaw. These two are the perfect pair as the panko shrimp fried is balanced out nicely with the slaw giving the fried shrimp a bit of palate cleanser. I will note while you are waiting they offer you these shortbread biscuits. Do not fill up on these addicting pieces of sweet fluffiness save some room for the main course or enjoy the biscuits they are that good. The staff here is amazing and willing to explain the specials, their recommendations, and drink pairings with your meal. Definitely looking forward to going back. Kid friendly no kids menu $$ – $$$

Don't go to this restaurant that often for only a nice occasion. The waiter, Robert didn't seem to have much knowledge of flavors of the martini's. I ordered a pineapple martini that he recommended. Finally after getting our food he came back to see how everything was. I told him that I did not like the martini and it was probably the worst I have ever had. Probably had 3 sips. He said he would tell the bartender. Never came back to see if I could order another drink in it's place. When the bill came, I was charged for the Martini. Paying the bill just didn't make me happy but may never come back to this place just because of it.

My husband and I made a reservation for April 9th to celebrate our anniversary. We have eaten at Bristols several times in the past on special occasions.
We were surprised at how loud the other people were who were already seated. There was a table of adults that had one man dropping the F-bomb loudly. I noticed another couple ask to move away from that loud table. I mentioned this to our server but she couldn’t ask them to lower their voices.
Also, I’m not trying to be a “Karen” but many people were dressed in jeans and baseball caps! Jeans are fine I guess, but baseball caps? I feel thats more acceptable in Applebys or McDonalds.
Our food was ok, not the same caliber as our last visit. It’s pricey, but typically the food and service are above average at Bristols.

Went for our 20th anniversary. I let them know when I made the reservation. Everyone we interacted with wishes us a happy anniversary. We started with cocktails both well made. Also had the Maine muscles so tastey and tender. I had the surf and turf with the crab cake again mouth watering steak and light and creamy crab cake enough stuff to hold together but nothing extra. My wife ordered the chillian sea bass per our server Doug's recommendation and it was excellent as well light and flavorful. I had a glass of merlot again a Doug recommendation excellent choice. We finished with creme brulee perfect end to the meal. Doug was there when needed but not overly present. A wonderful way to celebrate 20 years

After have surgery and being trapped in the house for a couple weeks, we decided to venture out. So glad we picked Bristol's. First, they were sweet enough to give us a table to accommodate my scooter so it wasn't blocking anyone. Then we got Doug K as our waiter and he was great. Very attentive and witty. The food was yummy as usual. My husband had perfectly done scallops with very good risotto. I had the shrimp pasta. Sauce could have been thicker but very good. Crème brûlée was fantastic too. Oh and I had two lemon drop martinis.... Exceptional!!The gentleman that cleared plates and filled water was very efficient too. Sorry I didn't get his name.

My wife and I visited this location for the first time last night as we celebrated our Birthdays. We both were just elated the whole evening. The Steak and Lobster that we ordered, was prepared to perfection and exceeded our expectations. And the ambiance, though the noise level was a bit moderate, still provided the necessary intimacy. Our server, Kimberley, was cordial, informative and thoughtful. She was a true joy. Kudos to the Bristol Seafood Grill in O'Fallon for making our Birthday celebration one to remember. Highly recommend! We shall be returning again soon.

Were seated promptly, at a table where everyone coming into this area had to go by. Leon, our waiter, was helpful since this was our first visit. We started with muscles, they weren’t even close to the best. She ordered the 3 course dinner. Lobster bisque,scallops and desert. I ordered the halibut and 2 sides. I was wanting a salad instead of asparagus for a up charge,$5.50 for a very small small salad, my other side was potatoes. Her dinner was okay, the bisque was kind of bland. My halibut needed a sauce, dry and over cooked. The fried potatoes were the best part of the dinner. The creme brûlée’s lacked vanilla and was kind of grainy. Our dinners were over $40 each and way overpriced.
Even though Leon was helpful the atmosphere was loud and a lot of foot traffic didn’t make our 48th wedding anniversary special. We even brought our own wine, $10 corkage fee, glad we brought our own.
Not sure we will return.
