Bought this 2nd hand in 98 from a record store i soho London. Thought it was ok back then but didn’t play much. Fast forward 25 years and it is sounding bloody brilliant. Top funk lp that is strong from start to finish. I’ll be spinning some of these in my upcoming mixes for sure!- Edited 2 years agoGreat early/mid 70s LP from the Bar Kays. Some serious jams throughout, very funky, heavy at times, but always maintaining a steady groove with fantastic bottom pulsing through the jams from side 1 to the end of side 2.
- Sounds great even if construction leaves a bit to be desired. I had trouble getting the record out of the gatefold and the sleeve ripped in the process. No matter as I won't be putting the record back in the record sleeve again anyway. On top of that my record had vinyl threads hanging off the outer edge which I had to trim off. But the main thing is it sounds great.
- A killer record. Issued by VMP along with Money Talks, but that one is much better imo in every aspect - content, and looks. Excellent pressing. It is not AAA but with Kevin Gray's treatment - I wouldn't guess it's not.

Top-LP. Without any doubt I give rating 5. But I don't know if this is the right place for giving a rating. Please inform me if I'm correct here or otherwise where I can give a rating of an Vinyl-LP
