This is а typical neighbourhood built for the working class during communist rule in Bulgaria. There is nothing interesting to see if you are not interested in architecture or urbanism. Even if you are most of the buildings from this era are in poor condition. In the past few years a lot of new buildings popped all over the area and now everything is a weird mixture of post-communism-trying-to-be-modern style. Also be careful with the locals, especially at night, because you can easily get into trouble.

Go there for if you want to experience real socialism. The neighborhood is big enough and it's full with buildings from communist era. Reminds me of East Berlin.
