SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Fresh off breaking a world record, Legoland California is at it again.

Legoland California Resort in Carlsbad is gearing up to debut North America’s first-ever LEGO World Parade on May 24.

The parade will take place May 24-27, and May 31; June 1-3, and June 7-30; daily in July; Aug. 1-11, Aug. 16-18, Aug. 24-25, and Aug. 31; and Sept. 1-2.

The LEGO World Parade is included with your Legoland ticket or pass and will take place about an hour before close.

The LEGO World Parade will feature six floats inspired by your favorite LEGO themes, along with entertainers in glittering costumes as they march, sing, and dance across the park.

Meet the characters in the LEGO World Parade:

  • Scuba Diver
    • This fearless explorer of the ocean depths is ready to share her underwater adventures with guests while aboard the LEGO City Deep Sea Adventure float.
  • Fire Chief Freya
    • Leading the parade on a LEGO City Firetruck float, Fire Chief Freya is a brave and dedicated firefighter who embodies the spirit of heroism.
  • Lloyd
    • Lloyd the ninja will stealthily make his way through the Parade aboard a LEGO NINJAGO Dragon float.
  • Scallywag Pirate
    • Prepare to set sail with the Scallywag Pirate, a swashbuckling adventurer who’s ready to bring a dash of high-seas excitement to the Parade on his treasure-seeking pirate ship float
  • Hopsy
    • Hopsy, the bright red LEGO DUPLO bunny, will hop along at the tail end of the Parade on the LEGO DUPLO float
  • LEGO Friends
    • A LEGO Friends inspired float will make its way ahead of Hopsy, spreading friendship, fun and togetherness through the love of imagination.

Parkgoers can enjoy the LEGO World Parade included with their theme park admission, but that’s not all. In celebration of Legoland’s 25th birthday, the theme park is also offering $25 kids tickets through June 28, 2024. The deal is good with the purchase of one full price paid adult ticket, or upgrade to the ultimate LEGO Sleepover to receive 15% off your stay.

In celebration of Legoland California’s 25th birthday, your favorite characters listed above will star in the LEGO World Parade with an all-new original soundtrack all summer long.
