This group is intended for customers who are interested in getting sneak peeks at new inventory before it hits the store and website, item pre-orders, and exclusive sales! As a very friendly reminder (we understand life happens), all items claimed must be paid for within 24 hours. Invoices will be sent following any live sales and as soon as we see your comment on wall drops. If you’d rather come in to pick up your item(s) we will gladly hold them back and not send an invoice, but you must send us a message AS SOON AS you claim so we don’t invoice you! Please, if you intend to purchase an item try your very best to pay your invoice within the 24 hours, they are automatically set up to cancel after the 24-hour point and we cannot guarantee any items will still be available when you decide to pay.

All items that are wall dropped and stated to be sale items are ALL final sale. Every wall drop will state how the item fits and if we suggest sizing up or down. We do our very best to exchange for a different size if the need arises but we, again, cannot guarantee that the item will still be in stock. If the item posted is a pre-sale or regular priced item we are able to exchange or return to store credit up to 14 days from original date of purchase. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping and the refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the item in-tact, unwashed, unworn and tags still in place. We are only able to return to store credit after 14 days, NO EXCEPTIONS. Store credit can be used within the VIP club, online and in-store.

Shipping is done through UPS and USPS, shipping starts at approx $8 for priority mail. All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after invoice has been paid. If you’re needing your items faster please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you!
