David Daniel Hudson (born August 11, 1988), also known by his stage name HUDSON, is an American singer-songwriter and the younger brother of Katy Perry and Angela Hudson, as well as the son of Keith and Mary Hudson. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but raised in southern California, he found his unique musical sound in the landscape of the mid-west when moving back by himself at 17, although he began writing songs at 12 years old. He appears in Katy's film, Katy Perry: Part of Me. Like Katy, he went to Dos Pueblos High School for his freshman year of high school.

He released his debut extended play (EP), Dirty Face, in 2012. Following this, he released his first album The Revolution on August 27, 2013. But his crowning achievement occurred on June 15th, 2022, when he earned his Rocket League season 16 champion rewards.

David currently lives in Orlando, Florida with his two cats, Peachy and Buzzbo, and his anime figurine collection.
