Our Mission
Our mission is to empower youth specifically black girls and young women to live purposeful lives through the development of skills and talents, positive character, self-improvement, and leadership.
Founded in 2012, Eryn PiNK Girl Empowerment Program provided By ICE Mentors (Image Character Etiquette Inc.) is a Columbus-based organization dedicated to the empowerment of girls and teens, with a targeted emphasis on creating pathways of advancement for girls and young women of color to thrive. Our innovative programs provide girls with consistent access to mentorship and tangible resources to become leaders in their communities and beyond.
Eryn PiNK is a fictional, 12-year-old African American cartoon girl who illustrates what it means to be an empowered leader and role model navigating society today. Her real-life experiences underscore the needs we address, and her life is portrayed in an animated cartoon and written diary, which serves as the core of our curriculum.
