The Legendary Sword Dealer is an NPC that can Spawn in the Second Sea. Every time he spawns, he sells one of three legendary swords, Shisui, Saddi, or Wando. Each sword costs exactly MoneyIcon 2,000,000.

Note: Here, the phrase one of the three legendary swords doesn't mean there are only 3 swords belonging of the Legendary rarity, instead, it refers to the above mentioned swords being the required ones in order to craft the True Triple Katana. He might sell the same sword you have, so follow the rules listed below.

After obtaining the three swords with at least 300 mastery on them, the player will be able to purchase the True Triple Katana for MoneyIcon 2,000,000 from the Mysterious Man.

The Dealer only spawns at a certain interval, which can be checked by talking to the Manager in Café. The Manager will give the player a different dialogue depending on how much time is left before the dealer spawns.

Notes

  • You have to be Level 850+ and have completed Bartilo's quest to get information about the Legendary Sword Dealer from the Manager, if you don't meet the requirement's the Manager will tell you ''Are you new to this land?''.
  • When the Manager says "I think he should be getting here soon..." do not AFK any longer and start continually checking him every minute or so. This will help you not lose the swords to other people, as it will usually be quickly taken within a couple minutes.
  • Upon joining a server, the Manager will say "It's still too early for you to be here.", regardless if it's a public one or not.
    • He will only state a different dialogue once 10 minutes have passed since the player joined the server. This is to prevent server-hopping.
  • The Dealer disappears after any player purchases a sword from him.
  • It is recommended to use a fruit with a fast movement, as people can easily steal the sword or the Dealer may despawn. Awakened Dough F, Light F, Portal C and Ice F are all good options.
  • He will despawn after 15 minutes if no swords are bought from him.
  • The time for the Dealer to spawn is directly proportional to how old the server is (e.g. if you are in a 12 hour old server it will take about three more hours for another one to spawn). Keep in mind that this only works in private servers, and only if the player has not left after the creation of the server. The player can try checking the server 'lifetime' by heading to the Developer Console and searching "clock" in the search bar. The timestamp given in the left shows the time the player had joined the server. The timestamp does NOT refer to the time of creation of that server, and can only be used as reference to the actual server lifetime if the player has not left since the server creation.
    • Using this method, the player can pinpoint the remaining time for the Dealer to spawn. This makes the Dealer Hunting process much easier because, private server are started when the first player joins, the player will have to wait 3-6 hours.
  • The Dealer does not sell the player all three swords at once, he sells them separately.
    • This means that the Dealer might be selling a duplicate of a sword that a player already had when spawned.
    • You are not able to buy a duplicate, it is safe to spam the dialouge, without checking the names too carefully.

Strategy

  1. Join a server.
  2. Set your home point to Kingdom of Rose docks.
  3. Search all the potential spawn locations.
  4. Speak with the Manager, if the user is still too early, search areas/do whatever the user needs to do until they can talk to him.
    • If he says "Some pirates ran into him on a nearby island last week. Check back later and I'll let you know what I hear." join another server.
    • If he says "A man in here claimed to see his ship nearby today" or he says "I think he should be getting here soon..." wait/AFK in the cafe/surrounding areas until it changes.
After you have waited enough time
  1. When he says "Hey! I just saw him!..." check in this order for most effectiveness:

Trivia

  • Once the player has all three legendary swords, the "Gone." dialogue will trigger when spoken to.
  • The player can purchase a legendary sword at any time, they only need the Manager to tell when the Dealer spawns.
    • This means that you can collect all three swords without using the Manager. This may waste time, though it can be a better option as sometimes one might miss the Dealer while waiting on the Manager.
  • He bears a resemblance to the old version of the Blox Fruits Dealer Cousin.
  • Portal is highly recommended for searching for the Dealer, due to its C move, World Warp, which allows for a quick teleport. Light is an excellent alternative. Without one of these fruits, searching for the Dealer can be troublesome.
  • When a Private Server is started, the Manager will ALWAYS say "Meh, he left not long ago." After 3 hours, he will change to "A man in here..." Therefore The Legendary Sword Dealer will spawn at exactly 4 hours and 15 minutes after a server started.
