Ho Ho Nooooooo!!! It's Mr. Bill's Christmas Special! is a direct-to-VHS Christmas special starring the Saturday Night Live character Mr. Bill that debuted in July 1996 and had its televised premiere on Fox Family in 1998.

In the special, Mr. Bill, Sally, their son Billy, Mr. Bill's mother and his dog Spot greet the viewer from their home, enjoying their holiday until Mr. Hands arrives to make "Egg Dog" using Spot and a kitchen blender.

Soon after, Father Guido Sarducci (Don Novello) arrives, bringing a fruitcake and a pre-taped segment of himself walking around Los Angeles, where he interacts with pedestrians and encounters former Saturday Night Live writers Matt Neuman and Anne Beatts.

A computer-animated adaptation of A Christmas Carol follows, in which Mr. Bill, in the Scrooge role, endures abuse from the story's ghosts, played by Mr. Hands.

A model plane assembled by Mr. Hands then causes havoc in the Bill home, followed by a violent retelling of the Clement C. Moore poem "A Visit from St. Nicholas", which ends with the home exploding.

VHS copies of the special feature a classic Saturday Night Live Mr. Bill short following the closing credits.
