Do hotels provide hairdryers?
Can I use hot air electric stylers bought in UK in costa rica?

Some hotels do, my nice hotel in San jose did.
You can use your hair dryer, but you will need a adaptor for the plug. The plug is the 2 flat metal plug, the same in Canada/USA.

Also , unless your hair dryer is dual voltage you would also need a converter as CR and U K use different voltages. CR uses 120v like Canada and US

If you are staying at an AI resort, for ex., the provided features/appliances will vary from, say, a jungle lodge, so it depends on where you are staying. If hairdryer in CR is important for you, you could contact your accommodation(s) directly to make sure.
